First Nations Language Teaching Professional Development Events
The First Nations Education Steering Committee and the First Nations Schools Association are pleased to provide notice of professional development opportunities for Aboriginal Language Teachers, made possible through funding from the New Relationship Trust. The intent of this initiative is to involve as many Aboriginal Language Teachers as possible and to facilitate widespread sharing of information with and amongst Language Teachers. Accordingly, persons are encouraged to contact the organizing/host communities of an event to seek more information about participating in any of the events. The professional development events are open to interested persons in First Nations Languages from neighbouring communities, First Nations and public schools, and other relevant institutes.
