About the Presenter
Presenter Michael Maffoni is the Director of Professional Learning Communities for Jefferson County Public Schools in Golden, Colorado. An educator since 1987, he has experience as a teacher, principal, and district administrator in a variety of districts and school settings.
Mr. Maffoni teaches courses in educational leadership as an affiliate faculty member at Regis University, and in his current role he leads PLC implementation in more than one hundred schools.
