Responding to the call from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada for age appropriate education materials about the history Indian Residential Schools, the First Nations Education Steering Committee and First Nations Schools Association have created resources for Grades 5, 10 and 11/12. They offer a unique BC focus on the legacy of residential schools and the reconciliation efforts, presented in age appropriate ways and suitable for students of all cultural backgrounds.
