Staff retention is an ongoing challenge for First Nation schools in British Columbia. The purpose of this storybook, Principals of Success: Employee Retention Stories from BC First Nation Schools (2023), is to share employee retention ideas that have worked in First Nation schools. These ideas could be easily adopted at, and/or adapted for your school.
