FNSA Authorized Representatives
The FNSA Authorized Representative of an FNSA member school that is in good standing is eligible for the following conference benefits:
- to register for the conference at the discounted Authorized Representatives rate ($200); and
- to submit a claim for event travel expenses.
See the sample claim form with important travel claim policies on the reverse. Hotel will only be reimbursed to a maximum of the negotiated rate for necessary nights and only for people based outside the Lower Mainland.
There is only one FNSA Authorized Representative per school.

FNSA Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The AGM is Moving!
In past years, the FNSA Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been held on the Friday of the FNSA conference, but this year, the AGM will be on the afternoon of the FNSA Authorized Representatives Day Thursday, May 2nd.
An FNSA Authorized Representative of an FNSA member school that is in good standing is eligible to attend the Authorized Representatives meeting and vote at the AGM.
For the May 2nd meeting, options for in-person and virtual participation are available.
Please register for May 2 separately from your conference registration. A registration link for that event is being provided all FNSA Authorized Representatives by email.
